Yin Yoga Workshop with Tracy

Tracy will be hosting one of her very popular Yin Yoga Workshops.  

This workshop will use asanas (postures) and pranayama
(breath control) to help balance the autumn vata season.  
You will find this experience to be relaxing and nourishing.  
Ideal to release stress and reset your mind and body.  She will end this workshop with Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep).
