Julie teaches with a background of over 25 years group fitness experience. Come to any of Julie's classes and feel her enthusiasm and joy of teaching yoga. Her classes will keep you moving thru a variety of poses, balances, and strength moves. Tighten and tone, improve or maintain strength and flexibility all thru your yoga practice.
