Lois Niven is Bright Yoga graduate RYT 200 hour Yoga Instructor as well as a MELT Method Hand & Foot Instructor. She loves sharing the insights of these two transformative practices while keeping things fun and light.
Lois has found that for her, the key to uniting mind, body & spirit is to empower the body to be strong and confident while remaining at ease. Her regular yoga practice balances yin and yang — trying and letting go. By also having a MELT practice, she’s found the asana aspect of yoga can be done with more flexibility, ease and grounding. The typical aches and pains of aging need not limit your yoga practice or any activity you enjoy! Lois is also available for private yoga and/or MELT classes.
